Shop Closure Information
From today (Friday 5th June) until Monday 29th June, the Sema4 BigCartel store will be closed due to vacation time. Orders will not be accepted during this period, and all products will display as “Coming Soon”. Orders can be placed again from the morning of the 29th. This only affects physical orders, and digital purchases can still be made at the usual stores.

Sema4 Recordings Vacation Information
Everyone needs a relaxing spring vacation, especially those living in the frozen north! Sema4 Recordings will be closed from Wednesday 1st April – Sunday 12th April. Any orders received during this time will be processed and sent on Monday 13th April.
SEMA4031 – FelixTheRedCat – Sirius / Payback is due to be released on Wednesday 14th April, and for the reasons above we will not be able to take pre-orders on vinyls of this release, but they will be available to purchase from our Bigcartel store from 11am GMT on the 14th.

Shop temporarily closed: delivery delays possible
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be closed for business until Thursday 19th March. All orders received during this time will be processed and sent on Friday the 20th.
Order and Checkout Information
We’ve had some feedback that when you purchase something from our BigCartel store, the language of the PayPal interface is set to Norwegian (as we are based in Norway). If you are unable to change it to your desired language, we can offer some help with one of the more confusing aspects of the checkout procedure – country names.

Christmas Delivery Information
Christmas delivery dates have been worked out now.
Order by these dates for arrival before the 25th of December:
Norway: 18th December
UK: 16th December
EU: 12th December
Rest of the world: 8th December
These are rough dates using our past deliveries as estimates. If you want guaranteed arrival before Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible!
Also please remember that physical products will not be sent out between the 19th of December and January 5th. Any orders received in this time will be dispatched on January 5th.
